Equipment in use

Good clinical decisions start with seeing the device.

A look at monitoring, neurodiagnostics, and ventilation hardware in real hospital environments. Each image shows equipment as clinicians actually use it.

Clinical focus

Six core areas, one clinical partner

LOFIMA covers the equipment that matters most in neurology, intensive care, and the operating theatre. Each specialty is supported, not just supplied. We match the right device to the clinical need, without hype.

WHAT WE DO

Clinical focus beats a broad catalogue

We don't sell everything to everyone. LOFIMA concentrates on neurology, intensive care, anaesthesia and respiratory support, so hospitals get equipment that fits their actual workflow.

Quantitative pupillometry

The NeuroLight is a portable, automatic quantitative pupillometer developed by the French medical technology company IDMED. The device is used in clinical practice to quickly and objectively measure patients’ pupil size and pupil reactivity (photomotor reflex). This is particularly crucial for the neurological monitoring of critically ill or sedated patients in departments such as the intensive care unit (ICU) and the A&E department.

EEG and neuromonitoring

Nihon Kohden is a global market leader in neurophysiological equipment, renowned for its exceptional signal quality, robust hardware and intuitive software for both EEG (electroencephalography) and EP (evoked potentials)

Ventilation

The VITAE 40 is an advanced, compact and portable transport and emergency ventilator (respirator) developed by the Spanish medical technology company Hersill. The device has been specifically designed for use in emergency situations, ambulances, mobile ICUs and during the transport of patients within or between hospitals

Video laryngoscopy

UE Medical (Zhejiang UE Medical Corp.) is a leading manufacturer of visualisation systems for airway management and anaesthesiology. The brand’s video laryngoscopes are known as UESCOPE®. They are acclaimed worldwide for their ergonomic design, the elimination of ‘blind spots’ during difficult intubations, and their cost-effectiveness.

Respiratory support

Comen NF5 is an advanced High-Flow Heated Respiratory Humidifier (HFNC) device designed to deliver heated and humidified gases to spontaneously breathing patients. The system is extremely flexible and can be used for a wide range of patients, from newborns and children to adults.

OUR MANUFACTURERS

Five manufacturers back every device we deliver

We work directly with Nihon Kohden, IDMED, Hersill, Comen, and UE Medical to supply equipment that holds up in critical care, neuro, and anaesthesia settings.
